Livery, breeding or competition: yard software that adapts to the way you work

Livery, breeding, competition, sales: most yards combine several activities. StallDesk starts from a shared core, then you switch on the modules that match the way you work.

Four ways to use StallDesk

Livery yards

Horses that aren’t yours, owners to keep informed, livery statements every month.

  • Contracts, extras and livery statements
  • A private area for every owner
  • Health compliance and check-in/out records

Studs and breeders

Broodmares to follow from insemination to foaling, foals, sales.

  • Breeding records and due-date countdown
  • Pedigree, premiums and gradings
  • Homebred stock, sales and contracts

Competition and dressage yards

Horses at work, riders, care to plan ahead of competitions.

  • Each horse’s working week
  • Rider feedback and workload indicators
  • Farrier, dentist and osteopath kept up to date

Large yards

Several buildings, a big team, staggered hours.

  • Map of several stable blocks and many paddocks
  • Staff rota, hours and clock-in
  • Wall screens in every aisle

Livery: less admin, reassured owners

Livery statements prepare themselves at the end of the month, including the extras added by the team as the days go by. Owners follow their horse from their private area and send their requests in writing, instead of ringing you in the middle of feeding.

Breeding: no breeding date forgotten

Every mare has her season: inseminations, scans, calculated due date, foaling box. Imminent foaling is flagged on the whole team’s screens, and the foal has its own record from birth.

Competition and dressage: work measured, week after week

The “Horses at work” grid shows each horse’s week, and the rider notes how it felt as they dismount. With the Progress module, the workload indicators and the Sunday analysis help you get the amount of work right.

Large yards: everyone sees the same thing

When a yard has several buildings and a team working in shifts, information gets lost between one shift and the next. StallDesk gives everyone the screen that concerns them and shows the day’s duties on a tablet in every aisle.

StallDesk has been tested with a hundred horses, thirty people and four stable blocks.

And everyone has their place

The office, the stable aisle, the arena and the owners all look at the same data, each seeing what concerns them.
