Privacy policy
This website collects as little data as possible. Here is what it collects, why, and how to exercise your rights.
This policy covers the stalldesk.app public website. The data you record in the StallDesk app is governed by the data processing agreement signed with your yard.
Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of this website, whose contact details are given in the legal notice.
Data collected
When you request a demo, we receive the information you enter in the form: name, yard or business, email address and, if you provide them, phone number, country, number of horses, type of activity and message.
No other personal data is collected by this website: no account creation, no automated newsletter, no audience measurement.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used solely to reply to your request, to organise the demo and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention period
Requests are kept for no more than twelve months after they are received, then deleted automatically, unless a business relationship has begun in the meantime.
Recipients
Your information is read by the StallDesk team and is never sold, rented or passed on. It is stored on the server that hosts this website and forwarded by email to the team’s address.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies. The only cookies that may be used are technical ones, needed to administer the website, and they do not concern visitors.
Protection against automated submissions
To limit submissions by bots without relying on a third-party service, the form counts submissions per connection over one hour. The IP address is never stored in plain text: only a temporary hash is used, then erased.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us using the contact details in the legal notice.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority and the publisher’s supervisory authority, or with the data protection authority in your own country.
